Serap Can

In my work, I use photographs as a way to recreate and transfer real-world images into my works. I choose the crowd from hundreds of photos that I randomly arrange and place them in an abstract urban space. Seen from an imaginary point of view, people just walk in a natural rhythm without doing anything. With this compact installation style, I think I have produced a kind of life maps that show the way I see the metropolis I live in and the way it exists in the world.
