Pomò Creations

The Italian self-taught artist Pomò (Riccardo Pamato b.1972) has been painting with passion for over 5 years, creating abstract works.
Graduated from the mechanical technical institute, he has been working for more than twenty years in the world of mechanical. For some years, driven by the need to transgress the rigid rules of technical reality, he decided to explore the world of art by transferring his knowledge derived from technical drawing to painting. Thus, his works are born. Refined and instinctive creations, between the abstract and the conceptual where the geometric shape is stripped of its technical meaning to acquire an artistic one. His paintings always show geometric elements such as lines, circles and polygons, sometimes to censor and often to enhance the subjects depicted. The use of colors, strongly present, is used to create optical and movement effects.
A lover of art in general, he often participates in national and even international exhibitions. His abstract works are found in private collections mainly in Italy.
