Carolina Saadeh

Carolina Saadeh is a visual artist from Guatemala, featured in photography, as well as different types of printmaking, sculpture and other techniques. She uses art and specially photography as the main medium, playing with lights, shadows, colors, objects and concepts to address themes such as nostalgia, abandonment, hope and oblivion.

The spectator is transported to a parallel, surreal, dreamlike world, generated by contrasts and dramatism. By her artwork you discover places that spread its history. Interest in nostalgia, as an encounter of worlds parallel to ours, sometimes from dreams.
