Anna Boenschen

I am Anna Bönschen, born in 1975 in Moscow, Russia. In 2002 I moved to Germany to the beautiful north of the country for family reasons. I love the sea and nature and find a lot of inspiration and joy here together with my husband. Since my childhood I have been very enthusiastic and inspired by art. In the later years of my schooling, I went to an art school in Moscow parallel to school, where I learned the basics of classical art, especially graphic art. In recent years I have taken private lessons from many prestigious art schools in Russia to further deepen my art knowledge and painting techniques. In 2023 I finally decided to devote myself fully to art. My preference lies in classical painting, with realism and impressionism as well as modernism being my favourite styles. But I also enjoy painting modern landscapes, seascapes, animals and still lifes to relax and let my soul run free.
