Teodora Juric Miljus

Teodora Jurić Miljuš is a contemporary visual artist whose work blends abstract painting, recycled materials, and sculptural elements into three-dimensional assemblages and surreal, dream-inspired compositions. Born in Switzerland and raised between cultures, she draws inspiration from travels, memories of coastal landscapes and vivid dreams.

Working primarily with acrylics, wood, and found materials, Teodora creates unconventional shapes that explore depth, shadow, and emotional resonance. Her practice often blurs the boundary between painting and sculpture, forming visual spaces that feel both minimal and quietly surreal.

Her newest work is rooted in dream world and the subconscious. Teodora often describes her dream life as “another reality,” rich with architecture, symbols, and emotional atmospheres that she translates into visual form. These pieces combine soft colors, unusual structures, and a sense of quiet surrealism.

Teodora comes from an artistic family, continuing a legacy in honor of her late father, a renowned painter, and the loved ones who shaped her life. Her work is both deeply personal and universally relatable, inviting viewers into the emotional and symbolic layers of her world.
