Aaron Overstreet

I am a multi-disciplinary artist with foundations in photographic practices. I incorporate personal photographic imagery, sculpture, and video, from both digital and analogue sources. Color, line, repetition and layering are parts of the vocabulary used in each composition.

My exploratory practice stems from a foundational desire to personally understand, learn and explore. For me, creating is spiritual, it is prayer, it is communion. The magnitude of both quiet and explosive moments compel a desire to articulate, memorialize and communicate.
