Gisele Van Wambeke

I was born in Belgium and I am currently living in the south of France . I take my inspiration from people and places in my daily life and make my own interpretation from that. I generally start with a drawing that give me the freedom to create my art in different ways,
"pour chercher les émotions profonde."
Most of my drawings are inspired by other painters that I combine with my own fantasy and my version of
art. Some people say my style is “ une peintre de message “

I studied in different Art schools in Belgium for 10 years with different teachers such as Jean Marie Bytebier, Herman Van Snick: They both have different approaches to art and taught me how to look and feel with respect to art, and at the same time they were giving me the freedom to express myself. With as a result my art is very personal and my work is a unique combination of character and style.
