Mario Ortega

I'm Mario Ortega, a local artist, born and raised in Madera California. My passion for creativity has led me to work primarily with mixed media. As an artist, I always strive to challenge the boundaries and push the limits of traditional art. The inspiration behind my art is based on music, not emotionally. I draw based on the song, knowing that's a different kind of approach. It helps me with time lapse videos. It can be a little challenging choosing the right song, in melody, harmony, and expression. The concept of time lapse plays a big role in my artwork. My fantasy of art is evil/ religious. As you can see I develop throughout the years skills and techniques. When I have free time (only the weekend) I draw for hours morning to afternoon. My mission is to satisfy and draw people's attention and I hope to inspire others to break free from the constraints of conventional art and embrace the beauty of mixed media. I hope to continue with my passion and meet other artists along the way.
