To me as an artist, I often feel like I am trying to speak a seemingly lost language. A visual language that is influenced by the world around me while at the same time each ideas echoes from the depths of my emotionally unstable being. A shaman hooked to his delusion to invoke dangerous thunderstorms and my humble love to give my work a twinkling harmony.
By creating “something” I imagine myself as a “bishop” on a chessboard fighting the corruption of memories and the spontaneity of being.
A draftsman as an actor, caught in the duality of living in a small fruitless city and sharing his nightly dreams under the stars of walks with Van Gogh, sharing obsessions about light with Rembrandt.
At daytime I create a diary with drawings and photos of my surrounding and during the evening and night I let my dreams guide me in my work and I would prefer to immerse myself in the mythological motives of existence.
