It is very true that when you own a piece of my work you own a part of me. My images lean towards the dark but have a tongue placed firmly in the cheek. Recurring themes in my work include Alice in Wonderland - fairy tales - soul maps - and English Bull Terriers. The journey may be dark but they all live happily ever after. I work mostly in line and wash and acrylic on canvas. I know I have succeeded when I hear the comment ..."I like it but I wouldn't hang it in my lounge."
