Elchin Veliyev

Veliyev Elchin was born on October 5th 1988 in Ganja.
He got his first art education at Child art school in Ganja.
After graduating secondary school he entered Azerbaijan State Art Academy, faculty of “Painting”.
He finished ASAA bachelor's degree with honors in 2011.
He entered master degree of Imperial Art Academy named by I.E. Repin in St. Petersburg in 2011.
Completed his MA in St. Petersburg/Russia in 2013.
