I am a Japanese printmaking artist, working mainly with traditional woodblock techniques on washi paper. I specialize in using traditional Japanese watercolor pigments, which create luminous and delicate layers of color. Unlike the oil-based woodblock prints often seen in Europe and North America, my prints are characterized by their transparent and subtle color expressions. My works capture everyday moments, nature, and memories in vivid colors, combining the sensibility of Japanese craftsmanship with a contemporary perspective.
I studied art in Europe and was deeply inspired by cultural diversity, which continues to influence my creative process. Each print is carefully hand-carved and hand-printed, making every piece unique.
