Tharuka Peiris

I am Tharuka Peiris, an artist from Sri Lanka who has loved drawing and painting since childhood. My passion for art began at an early age, inspired and encouraged by my parents. I graduated with a Second Class Upper Division (Honours) degree in Art from the University of Visual and Performing Arts in Sri Lanka.

Over the years, I have been recognized with many awards and certificates by participating in school-level as well as all-island art competitions. I have also had the privilege of holding three art exhibitions at the JDA Perera Art Gallery in Colombo 07.

Although I am currently working in the marketing department at Softlogic, my love for art continues to grow, and it remains an inseparable part of who I am.
