Kuralay Meirbekova

I am a visual artist from Kazakhstan, currently based in Helsinki. My work is a deep exploration of human emotions, expressed through abstract figurative paintings that blend acrylic, ink, and oil pastels. Each composition is an intuitive journey, capturing the intricate relationship between form and feeling.

Lines play a central role in my practice, acting as silent storytellers across various mediums including installations, digital art, and traditional paintings. My creative process begins with an idea, which then guides my choice of materials to bring each concept to life. Through my work, I invite viewers into a reflective dialogue, encouraging them to connect with their own emotions through an abstract yet deeply personal visual language.
