Factory Girl

I am a visual artist working primarily with oil and acrylic painting, while also exploring mixed media installations. My practice is deeply inspired by Pop Art and its power to transform everyday objects into icons—revealing the hidden beauty in the things we encounter daily. For me, that is the essence of art: its transformative ability. Art changes the way we look at the world, shifts the aura of objects, and enriches the spaces we inhabit.

Painting, to me, is a universal language. It requires no words, no translation—only the openness to look, to feel, and to enjoy. When I paint, I am in search of joy and amusement. Life often feels heavy and overly serious, and art becomes a source of lightness, fantasy, and play. With something as simple as a brush and paint, entire experiences can be created. My work seeks to remind us of that magic—the joy of seeing the ordinary become extraordinary.

I took painting classes at the Art Students League of New York with Knox Martin as my tutor.
