I’m Sameerah Hoddison (aka Samee Tatu) a multidisciplinary artist, photographer, and longtime makeup artist with over 25 years of experience in visual storytelling. My work explores beauty, form, and transformation, whether it’s through a camera lens, a brush, or a bloom.

Right now, I’m focused on macro floral photography: quiet, intimate portraits of nature that celebrate color, detail, and emotion. Each image is a meditation on softness and power. A way to see what usually goes unseen.

I’m also the founder of SAMA, a creative house that weaves together art, legacy, and intentional living. My growing body of work includes painting, ritual design, and visual narratives that speak to memory and magic.
