I am a mixed media artist. Through my art, I process human experiences and emotions- particularly that of women with lived multicultural identities creating space for their own unapologetic existence. Bringing together physical and metaphysical concepts and images often result in surreal or expressionist work. I explore the concept of belonging and becoming- which often shows up in the experimentation with colour, form and subjects. A nuanced expression of an individual's internal and external journey home, and a reflection of pieces that make up life.
