Caesar Baetulo

My name is Cesar, I was born in Badalona on March 6, 1975. When I was a child I remember drawing superheroes, then I was in the School E.G.B. until twelve. I began to invent my own characters called "Wikos", I have had drawings since 1989.
Everything starts here.
In early 90's "Las Almas" were born and I thought that I am a Visionary.
Large expressionist paintings with acrylics in search of a style, over the years, I was interested in different aesthetic and stylistic fields, masking myself under various alter egos.

I loved painting those great paintings, I still have and may possibly return to this art in the future.
Progressively, my passion for installations takes over and I stop painting with stencils and sprays, as I previously did with brushes.

I made performances with installations, photography and consequently video art. Recently, I am reborn with a type of hybridization giving body to my latest works guided by conceptual art.
