Tarlochan Ubhi

After finishing secondary education, I went to Bournville School of Art and Crafts to do a Pre-Degree Course in Art and Crafts for one year. I was then accepted on a BA {Hons} Course in Scientific and Technical Graphics at Plymouth University, I was unable to complete the Course as I got married to a lady in London in 1984. I worked as an Illustrator for a while, then later as a Computer Operator Digitising OS Maps of The UK. My wife and I had our first child in september 1985. After some difficulty in the marriage we got back together and moved into our first home in Stanwell near Staines London. I started working for Yellow Pages Sales Limited in Slough as a General Artist, I worked in all departments from Visuals, Artworks and Revisions. Around 1988 I started to create my Glass Engravings targeting The Corporate Art Market. I was not successful and got disheartened, my wife and I had our second Son in February 1989. Life was good and we bought our Maisonette, I bought a brand new Cavalier Sri 2.0 and we used to visit my parents and family in Birmingham. I have 5 O Levels, 2 A Levels a Certificate of Completion of a Pre-Degree Foundation Course in Art and Crafts from Bournville School of Art and Crafts.
I have completed 2 years of a 4 year BA {Hons} Course in Scientific and Technical Graphics at Cornwall College and Plymouth University.
I have a Certificate in Desktop Publishing and a Certificate in Web Page Design.
