Each is linguistically inspired and has "ring" in the title, acting as a description of the allegorical message. Sculpture and jewelry are redefined beyond their traditional sense, each piece with unique form and storytelling, blending luxury with urban activism relevant to current social issues. The term Sculpturings gives equal and due credit to the two art forms so close in comparison, not pledging it to one form of art or the other.

Observationally satirical, the long-term viability is built into the original concept of the series. World events, celebrations, and challenges evolve with each passing year; the work reflects the changes of our real time world along with classic ideas and hopes of people.

My methods involve carved wax, found and burnable objects reminiscent of childhood toys, game pieces, organic materials, and imported miniatures, and is an ongoing homage to eccentric collectors of sterling silver like Sam Wagstaff and Andy Warhol. The emphasis on design is present, but sculptural form and substance of message definitely takes priority.
