CİHANOĞLU Barış
I was born in Ankara in 1975, and graduated from the Painting Department of the Faculty
of Fine Arts of Hacettepe University in 1999 with an award of merit. I've established
my own workshop as I was still studying in 1997 and I'm still performing in that workshop
independently. After 1999, my creations took place in various domestic and international
exhibitions, and I have acquired nine awards and two of them are Nuri Ä°yem Painting Awards.
I've joined the International Fair of Arts in The USA, and art organizations in Moldova,
Switzerland and Germany with my creations. In my journey of Art, I had 10 personal
exhibitions and took placein countless group exhibitions. In domestic press, many art news
and interviews were made about me. My creations are present in many collections in Turkey
and many other countries. Some of them are USA, UK, S. Korea, Netherlands, Moldova,
France, Germany, Italy, Ghana.
