Marie-Hlne Piquart

I was borne in France in 1962, then did the "Beaux Arts" in Paris, worked in movie decoration, then left paris for the south of France to paint in 1996 where I did a lot of exibitions, and arrived in Portugal in 2014...

Thecnique :

I work on monotype since 16 years, monotype means one unic imprint, I paint on a glass, with pigments and oil mixted, and I take a imprint with paper or silk paper.
Then I stick my papers or silk papers on a canevas, stack them, I usualy finish with dry pastel and of course varnish.
