Birdy Tg

Photographer, painter, sculptor, writer, music composer, Birdy Tg is a multimedia artist. For him, nothing is definitively compartmentalized in Art. Birdy Tg wants to feel totally free inside of his artistic expression, with no genre limitation, and that’s why he prefers to speak about Visual Art better than Photography as he often gladly mixes painting, drawing and photography all together into his art.

I am a storyteller.

My first approach into the artistic world has been music composition and texts writing, under the form of concept albums, including musical suites related to a single story or a global concept and using classical, ethnic and electronic instruments mixed together with voices.
Very quickly has come the obviousness for me to match the music and the words with painting, sculpture and photography to develop a multidisciplinary and more global approach of my artistic purpose...
This was out of question to weaken the purpose by its dissipation but at the contrary, to reinforce it in pointing out each of its specificities by the most appropriate medium. Each work of art into my global concept had to stand out and be artistically convincing by itself, independently from any of the other expressions belonging to the same concept, but over and above, the addition of each medium artwork was creating the synergy accomplishing in its fullness the whole concept.
In a way, this is how to speak clear and precise with a whole sentence of which each word gets the necessary estheticism of its poetic soft focus and evanescence. As if the fuzziness of juxtaposed raw emotions were suddenly able to discourse a well-reasoned and ...
