Rossella Baldecchi

Since I was able to hold pencils and colors in my early age , I realized that my life would have had only one path , that of the artistic research that I carried out first in the choice of studies ( Art School and the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence, where I graduated with honors ) , and later as a job, being an artist and a teacher of Italian Design in an Art School . The Florentine school experience led me to a strong cultural maturity , both technical and expressive , which brought me to focus on the image. The heart of all my work has always been the woman and the feminine universe to which I belong , the woman protagonist of each scene , meditative , pensive and silent observer . In my early work "˜she' probably did not occur directly , but its presence was evoked by clothes leaning on the stand, like I did as a student, or suspended in the air and surrounded by the blue sky . The figure was never fully represented but through particular details, realistically described but surrounded by an aura of mystery. Strong colors and strong color contrasts . Graduated in Painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence.
