PAINTING IS PSYCHOGENIC, serving as a centre of thought, feeling and behavior, consciously or unconsciously adjusting and relating to its social and physical environment.
By the mere fact of our existence one must continue to discover, through expression, the depths of one's self and in a visual language relate it to the world.
My paintings ultimately tell a story. They attempt to evoke a feeling, no matter what type of feeling. They invite the viewer to participate in my initial desire to portray a collision of conscious and unconscious worlds and to find a key that allows one to decipher elements that are inherent in us all.
