Gigi Lopez

Gigi's creative passion finds its roots in her rich Spanish heritage where in 2023, upped sticks to live and work in Malaga, Spain.
Her keen observations of the world during her extensive travels, has ignited a deep desire to foster meaningful connections with others.
Her abstract artworks serve as visual odysseys through enchanting realms, woven from her personal recollections and explorations.
Gigi's creations span the spectrum from surrealist masterpieces to social realism pieces, each shedding light on the struggles and injustices faced by marginalized voices. She champions the perpetual need to amplify these narratives, advocating for issues like racial equity, gender equality, mental well-being, and much more.
With an open invitation, Gigi beckons you to peer through her artistic lens, expertly employing acrylics, collage, mixed media, wax encaustics, stencils, textures, and photographs to unveil her unique perspective on the world.

Studied at St. Bernard's Secondary R.C. School in Buckinghamshire, England.
As well as an artist Gigi has been a flight attendant working worldwide privately and commercially; worked in television, film and conferencing as a script prompter; driven school buses during the pandemic and basically tried her hand at most things!
