Ukrainian graphic artist and philologist (Ph.D.). I prefer to explain the subtle nuances of authentic and genuine feelings as opposition to black and white extremes. Very sharp emotions in the works of art dull feeling, and it impairs the human ability to notice the nuances of real life. Particular attention I pay to the problems of existence of femininity in the world today: anima and her projections; the tragedy of natural femininity, destroyed by patriarchal and/or feminist stereotypes; the awakening of womanhood in adolescents; the problem of self-realization and self-actualization of women in the modern society and so on. The source of ideas is the philosophy of dialogism (Martin Buber), the late Christian existentialism (John Zizioulas), humanistic psychotherapy, the literature and art of the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, and the views and practices of artists such as Johannes Vermeer, Jorge Luis Borges, Patrick Modiano, Theo Angelopoulos, Jim Jarmusch and Aron Wiesenfeld.
