Tanya Dim. [Tanya Dimitrova] is a bulgarian artist [born June 1993] basen in Thessaloniki /Greece,where she lives and works.Working on many project under the patron of Sophia Spathi (Georgia) in different styles mostly folk art in her studio and art gallery.
Her work is noted for its intensity , bright sometimes bold colors, expressive line and great knowledge of body anatomy . Most of her works are figurative compositions,portraits and landscapes in different styles,materials and techniques.
''What inspires me in art is rich color palettes ,body shapes in different poses ,both male and female ,endless use of imagination and and beauty in all its kinds.Most of my works are in style expressionism but I do admire Art deco Art Nouveau and Illustrations with their decorative lines and harmonic color range .Also I've been producing many landscapes with palette knife known with their rich colors and sense of melancholy . In my works I am trying to unite both tradition and inovation , I admire classic art but also contemporary. I trust in both canons and modern waves .
