I used to cut, shred and destroy photo albums, books and magazines to my make my creations much to the detriment of family memories. It wasnt until I moved in with my partner in 1996 that shredding family heirlooms took an abrupt end.

He bought me a camera and encouraged me to create my own images and compositions and of course, to shred them for use in collage. I had reduced his childhood memories to paper confetti in my attempt to create a masterpiece.

Capturing the right images was a natural process and evolving to a passion for Photography came instinctively, naturally and very fast. Pursuing a careers in the field and entering formal studies required a time commitment that was impossible at the time to pursue. Improving my knowledge and acquiring technique came as a result of hands on work, trial and error and finally some phenomenal courses that helped polished my work to where it is today.
In 2009 my work has been published in Photo (French Edition), Soura Magazine and Eyemazing.

A large selection of my photography is posted on internet sites such as DevianArt and Art limited. E-Photozine in the UK published a book containing images of my Boys will be Boys series in 2007. I have participated in several collective s...

I have attended many courses and workshops in Europe and the US. The most enjoyable, inspiring and useful were at Central Saint Martins in London and Concordia in Montreal . My route to Photography was not conventional and it started with collage making as an occasional hobby.
