Inanc Uyan

Lives and works in Istanbul.
My artworks are inspired by myths, fairy tales, amulets, symbols, runic alphabet, ancient civilizations and memories. I usually use quotations from stories and poems in calligraphic and typographic works.I combine calligraphic expressions and cultural images together.
I've received national and international design awards. I opened up 5 personal exhibition and participated in over 50 national / international mixed, group and competitive exhibitions.
My artworks and designs are exhibited in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Germany, Greece, Italy, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Taiwan, Turkey and USA.
