Simon Harris

Digital Artist, Artist, writer, poet and dancer/performer.

Born 1968 in Manchester, UK

My influences come from all art forms, rather than just the visual arts.
Dance is a big inspiration to me, whether my own performances, classes or watching other performances.
I am influenced by the philosophy of the "Continental Philosophers" and philosophical and cultural observations and concerns since then. For example Globalism, multiculturalism, hyper reality, Post Modernism, etc.
I am also inspired by jazz, contemporary classical music and popular music.

I have digital art and paintings for sale in local shops, and the Internet. Other digital artists are also an inspiration.

Self-taught Artist and Digital Artist. Trained in various dance styles up to Advanced/Professional standard. Recently performed in Andrew Lloyd Weber's musical "The Likes of Us".

My art is displayed on the Internet (e.g.; Flickr, Red Bubble), in local shops and I have exhibited my art in a local exhibition and from my own studio.,
