Darren Hepburn

Darren Hepburn is a freelance photographer specialising in fine art prints. He shoots by intuition, capturing a moment in time, and enjoys working within a conceptual framework. His passion lies in the well-rendered final image and he strives to create the perfect photograph. He is an award-winning photographer whose images have been exhibited internationally.

Darrens love affair with the photographic image began as a child when he won a camera at Broxburn fairground in 1983. Although the camera didnt survive, his passion for the art form did and he later took up photography as an adult.

Darren is a self-taught, emerging photographer who enjoys using the internet as an outlet for his work. His strengths lie in creating black and white, digital, documentary, fine art and still life images. He is building his portfolio and developing his online presence at Polecat Media.
