RUBEN ARUTCHYAN
Was born June 18, 1947 in Yerevan.
1964 Graduated from Yerevan Fine Arts College named after Terlemezyan.
1970 Graduated from Yerevan Polytechnic Institute, Architecture Department.
1974 The member of the Union of Architects of Armenia.
1976 The member of the Artists' Union of Armenia.
1978 - 1982 Lecturer in Yerevan Academy of Arts.
1988 Chairman of poster art section of the Union of Artists of Armenia.
1990 - 1992 Chief Artist of Yerevan city.
1995 The member of the International Union of Designers.
1987 - 2012 - Became a member of the Presidium of the Union Artists of Armenia.
2001 Тhe head of department on external design of the Yerevan city.

2011 Member of the Union of the World Armenian Painters.
