Peto Poghosyan

Peto Pogosyan is internationally acclaimed Armenian artist known for his watercolor paintings, cityscapes . He works without any mixed media and combines dry brush with wet watercolor surface. Peto works in studio and plein air. Artworks made at studio are mainly done from his own photographs and excitedly worked out. Peto is focused on cityscape, trying to find and analyze focal points of the city:
His figurative compositions are about all the different people living around and how everyone is trying to make sense of the world, city inhabitants caught up in the contrasting feelings of happiness and sadness.
