Asen Milchev

Surart64 is an Art Studio established by Asen Milchev – artist and art designer.

Asen Milchev gets his inspiration basically from the real everyday life, the society’s problems and deficiency, which reflect on his colorful and playful works. His paintings are original and fresh, touching the most personal and sensitive strings of the human soul, which is deeply marked by the iniquity of the modern society.
Demonstrating his remarkable skills of showing the profoundity of the allegories, he manage in a special way to identify the common individual with the surreal pictures in his art, turned into a life metaphor of our own world and showing the destruction of our aesthetic and moral values caused by the passion and noxious approach of the modern society.
With his expressive symbolism Asen Milchev challenge and encourage the spectators to discover the hidden messages in his works and inspire them to reflect deeper on their own life mission and think about the priorities of their own value system.

Asen Milchev works mainly with acrylic, oil and color graphics – ink and pen.
His paintings are part of collections in Germany, France, England, Norway, Greece, Turkey and Cyprus.
