Louise Glass

Originating from Ohio and relocating to New England via the Detroit area where she attended graduate school at Cranbrook Academy of Art, Louise Glass is a New Hampshire based artist whose work has been exhibited in museums and galleries in New England and the Mid-West. Her early work in printmaking is part of the collections of the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Detroit Institute of Art, the Virginia Museum of Fine Art and the Akron Art Museum. Louise Glass has studied and was trained in the practice of depth psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute and holds a BA from Oberlin College as well as an MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art. In addition to being a fine artist, she is also a metal smith and jewelry designer. She has lived, worked and taught art in the Upper Connecticut River Valley for the past 25 years.
