Raymond Dumoux lives and works in France.
Raymond Dumoux has to his credit a multitude of notable creations in drawing, engraving, painting, assembling, stained-glass windows, as well as architectural and monument work.
For the last 30 years his work tends towards a precise reconstitution of the art of painting, the body and materials as well as the symbolism. All this work stems from detailed research into the great universal myths and from a multitude of drawings drawn from existing iconographys and texts.
From drawing to engraving, egg-tempera painting, from small dimensions to monumental 17 feet paintings, finally from painted reliefs and assemblages to installations,
Raymond Dumoux's art is a work in progress with the passion of the drawing and the great trade of painting.
