I am Priya Darshana Meddawatta, born in 1972, Colombo, and Sri Lanka.
I begin my systematic art studies under the supervision of veteran painter and art teacher Lional Ranaweera in Children Art Foundation at Ananda College – and National Art Foundation in Colombo. I am also a B.A. (Special Degree in Political Science) graduate from the 'University of Colombo', Sri Lanka.
