Ba Amadou

Senegalese designer, I worked for four years on the "gum" and especially used tires (car, bike, scooter, truck, ....). I try through my research and my creations to give the pedigree had the tire to its creation (1888 first patent).
With them, I created a universe that is mine and I want to share. I sculpture, and cut and braid this material to give it some sweetness, until we have wanted to touch .... statuettes to monumental sculptures, through the wall carvings and furniture , I have fun!!!! and asks those who come to discover my work .....
The museum design vitra Weill am Rhein has selected two of my creations to be part of their permanent collection, allowing me to participate in the exhibition "Making Africa" organized home since March 13, and will travel to the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao at the end of the year.
It is this selection that I decided to come to Europe in order to present my work and facilitate professional meetings.
