I constantly repeat to myself: a woman creating is a healing woman. Possibly, my collages are the richest treatment of layering that I could have chosen, in that sense.

Literature and music are my creative inspirations and become a part of my collages. It could be said that it is beauty intending to come out of the beautiful. I refer to both, the aesthetic and the attitude of beauty: my collages speak about flowered pillars, women that aim life to be inextinguishable: friends, mothers, lovers, capable of converting into fables everything that is daily, women that grasp life’s routine with their jaws and hold it tight with their gums, until all turbulence has passed. It is so that in the hardest of times, beauty is always whispering close.

I have an ongoing emotional dialog with nature: it is a cathartic act that renovates me. All my colors derive from it: strong contrasts between the tropical lush and the warm European tones. The birds are those who transport my messages between the Ocean that divided my life.

The cosmos and scientific world are another of my dense nurturers that are in constant absorption: one of the most nurturing inheritance from my mother.
