Amber Annand

I am a London-based multidisciplinary artist, predominantly working with paint. I have followed my lifelong passion and developed a practice across the fine arts, fashion, photography, and illustration. I graduated from Bath Spa university in 2016, where I specialised in editorial fashion photography.

I am inspired by the natural world, music, fashion and film. Through my work, I explore themes of animal welfare, environmentalism and the relationship between humans and our planet.

The fluidity of watercolour paints and the richness and texture of oil paints are the mediums with which I explore my artistic interests.

My Bachelor of Arts specialism is in Photography, which I studied at Bath school of Art and Design, Somerset, UK.

My photographic practice was very tactile, being in the context of books, magazines and prints.

As a Photographer I became specialised in portraiture and editorial fashion. Creating a number of fashion narratives and books.

I studied Fine Art as an undergraduate as well as Photography, textiles and graphic design.
