I'm a designer-maker of illuminated artworks and lighting. I fell in love with porcelain and the beautiful diffused light it gives.

Watercolour gives me an immediacy and fluidity that is not possible in porcelain. I can work freely in paint and it allows me to express my ideas before I bring them into the porcelain. Watercolour and paint have become an integral part of my practice and indeed important work of its own.
