As an artist and an engineer, I'm interested in experimenting with different materials and techniques in order to explore subjects like nature, astronomy, and geology; the impact of color and different color combinations on mood; and generally how to promote tranquility and calmness in the observer.

I'm especially focused on making artwork that serves as a focal point for important, meaningful spaces in folks' day-to-day life, and have created many custom paintings for offices, meditation corners, and creative areas.

I primarily work by building up colored layers of fibrous paper, and then depositing watercolor and acrylics - resulting in extremely textured and colorful paintings (that can also be lit up from behind!). My work is playful, vibrant, and meditative.
