Anastasia Rudenko

Anastasia Rudenko is a photographer and contemporary artist specializing in social documentary photography. She was born in the South Kazakhstan region. She holds an advanced degree in mathematics and initially pursued painting, but since 2008 she has chosen photography as her main tool for self-expression and exploring reality. In 2012, she was included in the prestigious PDN list "30 New and Emerging Photographers to Watch." That same year, she graduated from the Rodchenko Moscow School of Photography and Multimedia.

She is a finalist of the Magnum Expression Award and POYi, and a winner of the Canon Female Photojournalist Award.

Her works have been published in publications such as the British Journal of Photography. In her projects, she investigates identity, social issues, and the absurdity of everyday life. Anastasia's work combines a documentary approach with artistic interpretation, allowing her to create deep and expressive portraits of time and place.
