Aniket Gawande

Just a normal middle-class guy from a small town of Akola, India with keen interest in his surroundings and people. 'The Dark' fascinates me, so does 'Shapes'. I am an accidental Photographer to be honest. It all happened 12 years back when I took some pictures with a borrowed camera. People liked the results. Something clicked and I started learning about Photography. Bought a used camera, experimented a lot. Till this day the tango continues, of course with much better gear!
I have been to every State and UT of India. Learned a lot from a variety of people and situations. I want to travel far and wide.
Not to brag but on a personal level I donate part of my time and money for the needy. It keeps me humble and thankful for what I have.
I read on various topics, collect currency coins, postal stamps. I have keen interest in Languages. I workout or go for a run regularly. I feel satisfied when I am surrounded by prints that I have created.

I am a B. Sc. in Horticulture, M. Sc. Environment Assessment. I have a Diploma in Digital Photography and Certificate Courses in -Wildlife Management, Disaster Management, Climate Change, Mountaineering, Greenhouse Cultivation, etc. I am also a Black belt in Martial arts.
I undertake various courses from time to time to keep myself updated in the fields I have interest in.
