Annesha Neogi

I am from a small hill station, Shillong in India. I grew up amidst nature's abundance and hence, scenic landscape has always been a part of my life which contributed greatly to my profession as an artist today.
I was always passionate about art from childhood. Life's journey took me to different path. I may have left art but art never left me. It always chased me to chase it. And here I am today, chasing the long lost passion.
I am into oil painting on canvas and I enjoy creating Realistic Art. My genre includes landscapes, flowers, animal and bird portraits and other miscellaneous images.
I also love Mandala Art and when I am not painting, I doodle away.
Currently I stay in Phoenix, Arizona, USA where my husband works. It is with his support and encouragement that I am today, able to pursue my dream to become an artist.

I grew up in a small town in India, where there wasn't much scope to learn painting. Well, honestly I didn't really have to worry about it because painting was an innate talent. I went to a small art school in my hometown in India, post which I learned the magic of oil painting from a friend. From there on there was no stopping back. Today, I can proudly say that I am a self taught artist creating what I love to create the most.
