Annick Michot

Annick growing up in the South of France, passionate about the sea since her childhood, she can not live far from her. At 23 Annick moved to Brittany with her husband and 2 children. This Brittany which will remain engraved forever in her memory makes her happy, she finds the frame of her works in this sky and the rough sea, the beauty of this landscape she will never forget. Travel and the desire to see the world is in her genes. At 40, she crossed the Atlantic Ocean and settled in North America with her family and lived there since 22 years. Annick has traveled to different countries and it is this lifestyle that has been the main source of inspiration for her work. She relies on her innate sensitivity by combining memory, observation and emotion. The landscape, and in particular its ornamental seas, skies and boats, is the setting in which the artist's journey takes place.
