Ann Lyne’s work reveals a thorough understanding of the greatest traditions of modernist art. Lyne is a nationally acclaimed artist who has shown in the Smithsonian, the Mint Museum, the Chrysler Museum and the Virginia Museum. Her works have earned grants from The National Endowment for the Arts, The Virginia Center for the Creative Arts and The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. In addition, Ann Lyne was an artist in residence at the Yaddo Art Colony.

She holds an MFA from the American University in Washington DC and studied art at Queens College, Westhampton College, and Virginia Commonwealth University School of the Arts.
