Henrietta draws on a homosocial metaphor uncovered in the un-choreographed formation and movement documented during a series of Contact Improvisation workshops, focusing on amplifying momentary negotiations of connection and contact between men. Paintings protrude off the the walls, urging themselves towards the audience. Stepping into an expanded book-making practice, Henrietta invites the audience to make a more intimate and hands-on connection with the artwork.
