IKEA For Longer

Our planet is running out of resources. Consumerism plays a huge role among its causes. But what if every one of us would restrain from thoughtless shopping? Start noticing things we already own and give them the proper care to make them last longer? At IKEA, we know plenty of ideas to prolong life of everyday objects. These are small and simple activities that can, however, make a bigger change. They are so important to us that we have asked an artist to create a series of paintings. “For Longer” collection is a result of this cooperation. The paintings, together with their descriptions, might seem like care instruction manuals but they don’t lack artistic expression and sense of humour.
